Dr. Barnes

Dr. Barnes is originally from Tampa, Florida, and has always felt a strong connection to animals. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences at the University of Florida, where she went on to complete her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2024.

Her lifelong passion for animals began in childhood, when she spent countless hours riding and competitively showing her horse, Buckley. That early bond inspired her career path and continues to shape the way she cares for her patients today.

In every appointment, Dr. Barnes strives to make both pets and their families feel comfortable and supported. She is dedicated to listening, guiding, and providing the best possible outcome for each patient. Her special interests include surgery and preventive medicine, where she enjoys helping pets live healthier, longer lives.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Barnes loves traveling, attending concerts and local outdoor markets, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
